Leadership
The Actuarial Society of Kenya (TASK) is governed by a Council elected by the membership in accordance with the Society's Constitution. The Council provides strategic direction, oversight, and leadership in advancing the objectives of the Society.
TASK's leadership brings together experienced professionals from across the actuarial and financial services landscape, ensuring balanced representation, strong governance, and industry relevance.

The Secretariat is the operational arm of the Society and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of TASK activities, working in support of the Council and the wider membership.

TASK operates within a structured governance framework that ensures continuity of leadership, institutional memory, and effective transition between Councils. The inclusion of the Immediate Former President supports knowledge transfer and stability in leadership.
